Our MissionHearing Loss Association of Sarasota (formerly SHHH) is the Sarasota, FL chapter of a national organization (HLAA). Formed in 1983, we have over 100 members who join together to help themselves and each other live as fully as we can with our hearing loss through education, advocacy, and community support. Our members come from all walks of life. Hearing Loss Association of Sarasota is a not-for-profit volunteer group. We welcome new members and visitors. Hearing Loss Association of America straightforward message has changed the lives of thousands of people: Hearing loss is a daily challenge you can overcome. You do not have to hide your hearing loss. You do not have to face your hearing loss alone. Please come to our monthly meeting at the Selby Library.
